Well,it is an ASKING price,so i assume he,s willing to wiggle,but how much is hard to say.If they were mine,i,d offer a]shell pk only..b]cyms and hardware only..and c] the whole lot.Dont know any players that need everything thats offered though...If i just needed the drums i,d offer him 7-900 depending on condition.They are great drums,i hope someone gets a good deal.

About ten years ago, I sold off half of my original 1974-5 black Cortex Big R kit. I sole the 22/13/16 shellpack WITH a COB Dyna (good riddance! I hated playing that drum!), a Supreme hi-hat stand, a Supreme bass drum pedal, a Memriloc snare stand and two Memriloc cymbal stands for $700.00 They were in what I would call "very good" condition. They were great drums, but they just didn't command that kind of price in the market at that time. Maybe someday, they will. Who knows?

I think finish still has a lot to do with resale and if this kit was WMP,BDP etc,imo,it would fetch more.
