1971 Premier Green Glass Glitter

1971 Premier 3 ply mahogany kit, w/ green glass glitter wrap: 14, 16, 22, 5x14, all mahogany 3 ply shells. I sold one of the 16" floors, so this is now a 4 piece, not a 5. Also, this is the 1st vintage kit that I stained the inside of the shells. It really turned out nice. Check out how THIS these 3 plys are, and the perfect bearing edges. Heaven.

Also, I can't say enough about the new bearing edge lipstick product. It's a wax that allows heads to move across the bearing edges easier. you can hear it when you tune new heads: there's no "squawk" when the heads drawn tighter, from "catching" on the edge as the head tightens. no more. I LOVE the way these sound with a set of new batter side Remo Emperors.

Beautiful! If I may ask, where did you get the wrap from? I've been looking for that shade of green glass for a while.

Thanks,

Lynn
