Last summer a Ludwig Standard 13" rack tom and 22" kick were gifted to me in reasonable shape, with a few dings and rough patches in the wrap. My best guess based on info I found here on VDF is that they're circa 1971. I had a 16" Ludwig 3-ply floor tom I found a way to wrap in a close match, and set about replacing the missing parts with players' quality replacements. The result is a clean-looking, fun little kit with that 3-ply growl.
