1970's Premier Snare

So I bought this Premier Snare off Craigslist today, for 25 bucks. I bought it on a whim just to get the snare case with it. I thought the snare case was just a generic case turns out it was a Niles era Slingerland case!

However I need to know more information on this snare, I know nothing of Premier drums. How much would is this snare worth? It says Olympic I assume that is the model name and number on the badge is 6226. Any information would be helpful.

Hi,Your snare is made by Premier with the Olympic name.Olympic drum's are the lower end made of drum's by Premier..Your shell is made of steel,with the lug's and stranier,badge would date your drum sometime from 1975-1979...Mikey

Thanks very much. Any idea on its worth? I mean I bought it for 25 bucks and got a Slingerland case so you could tell me its worth a stack of rolled pennies and I won't care haha

Depending on condition,50-100 bucks.They are great work horse drums and quite dependable..The case is a bonus,you did well.
