Beverley as pointed out above were British. Same shells as Premier, but different hardware. The Beverley 21 was manufactured as a rival to the Ludwig Supra I think.

As I understand it, the Beverley Cosmic 21 (21 because it costed 21£, they say) was made by Premier on 30´s tooling but in alu - as stated above in order to compete with/copy Ludwigs Supraphonic - hence the 10 lugs and the general design, quite different from HiFi´s and 2000´s.
Later, it also came in a 6½" version (the 8120), and Premier marketed their own versions, the 35 and 36 (5 and 6½" respectively).
In the last couple of months, I have bought myself a Cosmic 21, a 35 (because the Cosmic was a very much worn example, but sounds sweet) and a 36. All extremely pleasing snares to my ears!
A cheaper way to (almost the) the sound of a Supra.
