1968 Ludwig Standard

Hola Amigos,

I picked this up from a new buddy of mine...he had it sitting up in the rafters of his garage. It's a matching 1968 Ludwig Standard in Downbeat sizes (12/14/20/14sn) in Charcoal Astro wrap. All 4 drums have white interiors, while the snare and bass drum have stamps of OCT 1968. I have to admit that the rack and floor toms sound especially good on this kit. Wanted to add it to the Gallery for documentation, but it will be going up in the For Sale section very soon. If interested, message me.

very nice aaron. don't see many standards in that wrap and especially that size. very neat. good luck with your sale when you decide to do so.

I like this kit...

Had one is silver sparkle many yrs ago...

I replace the lugs with the better luddys...just cause I had them..

I was surprised that they fit right in...

I'm diggin the snare as well.

That wrap is definately from the "acid days" of the 60`s and very unique.What ever you decide to do with them, i hope either you`ll enjoy them or they`ll fall into good hands who care about them-great set!

These are definitely cool drums and not very common in this wrap, sizes and with white interiors. They are now posted up in the For Sale section.
