Hello,

I'm selling a set as described in the title and more completetly discussed in the following thread over on the Vintage Drums Forum with pictures and details:

I've listed the set locally (Chicago) and now have multiple potential buyers with an offer of $650 with one guy in particular I'd feel good about selling it to.

Before I do sell it, I figured I would list it here as a "last call" in the event someone is willing to offer more $$$ as more cash in hand equals a nicer guitar in my hand!!! guitar3

I'll only add that I would prefer not to ship this, but if the price is right and you're willing to pay for the shipping and provide specific instructions to do so, I might. I would also be willing to take a drive and meet somewhere within a reasonable distance as well if you pay the mileage.

I've commited to finalizing and selling it by the weekend / Monday, so if there's any interest let me know ASAP via reply or PM.

[COLOR="DarkRed"]The $650's not a bad offer, for a local face-to-face sale; maybe a tad low....you might do a little better on eFlay, but then when you add in the pain and hassle to pack and ship....I could understand why it wouldn't be worth it....

I think you should hold out unless you really need the cake. Slingerland prices have gone up, even with the state of our economy. If I didn't just drop a whole lot of cashews on my vehicles I would grab those. It would match my kit and then I would have a double bass! Way cool!!!
