1965 Ludwig Pioneer

Just bought it on eBay. Black Lacquer finish with nickel plated hardware. I got the drum at one I believe is dirt cheap. What a handsome looking drum. I love the sound. Very tight. I think I'm going to swap out the original snares, I like a 40 strand sound. But I am very pleased. Check out the pic.

Gary, That is a very nice snare. Makes me think of the snare I sold with that Champagne kit...makes me sad/sick...
