Long time lurker, making my first post. I'm selling a 1965 Ludwig Sky Blue Pearl 14"x14" floor tom. Serial number 225955, date stamp Oct. 4, 1965 (the 5 is hard to read, but it matches up with the serial number). The wrap is in good shape, slightly yellowed/greyed with age, and with a slight lift at the seam (visible in the pictures), but no serious structural issues. Bearing edges are original and good. There's a slight tape residue on the interior of the shell. Lugs and hardware have some patina, but no major rust or corrosion. I'm looking for $425 shipped in the CONUS (I'm in the San Francisco East Bay area if anyone local wants to pick up), but am open to offers. I used it for several years with my otherwise silver sparkle 1966 Hollywood kit, but I finally found a matching silver sparkle 14", so hopefully a SBP enthusiast can give it a new home.
