I just acquired this at a pawn shop. I believe it's a 1964 Ludwig Super Classic. All original hardware and heads. 6-lug. Can anyone tell me what it might be worth? Thanks!

6 Lugs would identify it as a Pioneer model. Rarish color, Cool drum!

1976 Ludwig Stainless Steel "Bop" (12,14,18)

Yeah, I think your right. Thanks! I'll change my thread title. Maybe someone can tell me what it's worth.

Pioneers tend to go for between $125 and $250. Green Sparkle being a rarer color would probably push it more towards the higher end of that...perhaps even a bit more if the condition were exceptional.

Always nice to see original heads on one as well. That serial number is generally a mid '65 drum.

I second all of the above wonder if cob hoops that will bump it up too

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

Condition's everything. Green Sparkle tends to be one of those wraps that fades very easily; so if it hasn't faded then worth increases. Difficult to tell overall condition from photos (wrap, hardware, bearing edges, etc).
