What material are the hoops made from?

I did the magnet test and it did not stick. Correct me if I am wrong, because I may be, but I believe that means it is chrome over brass

That means it's brass. Whether nickel or chrome is a bit beyond me. Someone else chime in...

Both hoops didn't stick?

By the way, brass hoops seems to fit with the 1964 date.

There the good hoops sound great better than steel if I had the doe got some nice pies to trade

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

To my eyes, they look chrome plated.

Looking for cash. Bearing edges are great and the shell is quite clean.

Appreciate the info as well!
