The spur position is an interesting arrangement, as OldSchool noted. Sure shows a eye for detail on his part.

What I don't understand, Wharf Rat, is why you waited 52 years to unpack it. Now the warranty is void. I hope nothing is wrong with it.:D

Kidding aside, that is one beautiful piece of vintage history.

Ya know, it never even occurred to me that I had the spurs in backwards…

When I put them in I thought, that's kind of a kooky spur set up. Should have figured it was me being a moron… Vintage Virgin I guess. Not like I didn't search the net enough for photos. Thanks for pointing it out!
