1961 Jazz festival snare - pre-serial Keystone badge. Top hoop and tension rods are not original, but as far as I can tell, all of the rest of the hardware is (I an NOT a Guru). Lugs have quite a bit of pitting under the chrome plating, and throwoff has some flaking. The wrap is just about dead mint. Date stamp is light, but reads JUL 28 1961. Wires are modern Ludwig. The badge has a shiny spot, like someone attempted to clean/polish it. I was planning on finding the correct top hoop/rods and throw and restoring it, but I am in a financial bind and need to move it. If you need more pics, let me know.
