The modest markings and straight forward presentation is what makes this snare truly remarkable. I like it! Is it COB? Would love to hear it. My '72 10 lug Jupiter sounds awesome. Hope the same for you.D.

First time I remember seeing (what I'm assuming is ) a COS Pearl snare with the President style lugs. Very nice!

Yeah ... can't say for sure on this one being so early, but ... later, TWO rings around the shell was COS, and THREE rings around the shell specified COB! Seems like it might be the same here too!
