This is a rare late 1960s Beverley Drum Players Kit in 22x14/16x15/13x9/12x8 sizes in Rootbeer Swirl also called Mahogany Duroplast. (The same finish Ringo had on his Premier kit before his Ludwig kit - Beverely was bought by Premier).
These drums have that warm fat vintage sound. 3 ply mahogany with beech reinforcement rings. Chrome is quite good - many paint flakes/chips off the black bd hoops which could be re-painted. Kit has ambassadors now rather than the black dots pictured.
The kit had Pearl mounts installed years ago (on toms, and bd) and now also has a pair of rim mounts on the 12/13 which are included. The bd legs are older Pearl I believe as well. The original slotted tuning rods were switched out to standard by a previous owner. It seems a previous owner swapped out original pieces for more user-friendly items.
I've also put a 'Beverley' bass drum logo head on the 22 with a new Aquarian modern vintage head.
The kit is solid, wrap is tight, tunes up easily high or low and sounds incredible.
A lot of vintage mojo for 725. USD
