1955 Slingerland Windsor Radio King Ensemble

Finished the bass hoops today.

Stripped one hoop down, the other was in pretty good shape.

Six coats of Rustoleum Satin on the stripped one, and four on the other.

Then, four coats of Rustoleum Crystal Clear Enamel on each

Replaced the badly flaking claws.

Fixed three re-ring separations. (Thanks Vintagemore for the lesson !! )

Thanks Tillerva, for the Epic bass pedal !!

Thanks Jaye for the 13 inch 50's splash !!

Thanks Vintagemore for the 50s/60s hats !!

Remo Coated Ambassadors top and bottom on the tom, and snare batter

Remo Hazy Ambassador on the snare side

Remo Powerstroke 3 on the bass batter

Remo Smooth White Emperor on the resonant side
