This is a CG Conn snare that was apparently made somewhere between 1904 - 1915.
There are not too many examples of this drum that I can find on the internet.
If anyone can add any info about this drum please do. :-)

NMM 2996. Snare drum by C. G. Conn, Elkhart, Indiana, ca. 1904-1915. Stamped on shell: MADE BY / C. G. CONN / ELKHART IND. Perforated holes around shell circumference: C. G. CONN. Nickel-plated brass shell, ca. 146mm (5-1/2") x 374mm (14-3/4"). Separate (double) tension. Ten patented V-rods mounted in center posts. Wood rims painted black with decorative metal bands around edges. Snare adjuster for snares mounted underneath the batter head.
