I Came across this piece of Cymbal history not to long ago, this cymbal is autographed by the late Bob Zildjian (founder of Sabian Cymbals). I have compared this signature to several pictures that he signed and it is a spot on match, The older gentleman that i bought it from also verified it via his late brother who was the man who met and recieved the autograph from Bob. The brother that sold me the cymbal said that he was not a drummer so the signature meant nothing to him. Sadly I dont have room to display this piece as it should be. mainly because my wife thinks its a tacky decoration, and I would like to see it in the hands of a collector who would display it proudly, Im not sure what the value of something like this would be, but if your interested please make me an offer.
