You can buy individual re-rings at wwwdrumgearonline.com I had had a similar issue and they really helped me out over there. I recommend calling and talking to them.

I received the re-ring on Sunday and immediately installed it. The color is an exact match! I'm hoping to put the drum back together today. Thanks for setting me up!
