Hey all. I recently bought some actual new drums so I'm selling my blue/silver duco orphans. I'm told that the proper name for this finish is "blue and silver lacquer finish"

This is a 14x22 1962 (there is a visible date stamp) pre-serial Niles Badge Slingerland bass drum. 3 ply, mahogany/poplar/mahogany with reinforcing rings. It has a bracket for cymbal arm, and bass drum spurs, but has neither the arm nor the spurs. I have an evans eq-pad inside that will be included. Hoops appear to be original with silver sparkle inlay. Drum is in terrific overall physical integrity but has some cosmetic roughness. Sounds terrific, I just decided that I wanted a 24" kit (I have a Slingerland set with a 20" as well that I will keep forever, so I stand by my Slingerland love!)

It's not packed up yet, because I am still hoping to sell locally but will start to take offers for out of town sales. Send me a ZIP and we can get a shipping estimate (it's gonna be pricy - I now always round up when shipping bass drums because I have gotten burnt pretty hard in the past).
