13" quick beats?

I don't think I've ever seen 13's before, in 40 years or so anyway.

Good luck!

According to Zildjian Quick Beats came out in the 14" and 15" sizes in 1979. The 13" size was added in 1986 and lasted until 2008. The 15" size dropped out in 1996. The 14" size is still going.

There are a three QB 13" bottoms on eBay at the moment:

but I don't know where all the tops have gone.

That explains it. I was playing my New Beats in 1986. I did check out the (14") Quick Beats at the time as I thought the holes were cool... But ended up with the Buddy hats in the end.

I'd be willing to be a new beat top would be the same weight but I have no data to back that up.
