Yes that is original tom mount system
About Asba history,it was Made in France, company is closed in 1981.
They have a few web sites for Asba fans and fb page.

I don't have Caroline pedal.Found couple of them but in poor shape, to me not worth asking money because some parts missing and overall bad shape.
