Camco got/bought the design from George.
DW got/bought it from Camco. A beautifully simple drum design. GREAT.

What a beauty,... those are such fine drums,...!
I have the Walnut version sans the tone control,... How do you like the sound ? I have a Remo Fiberskin 3 on top tuned low,... very open, warm sounding snare drum,... perfect for brushes or rods. I love that snare ! PS: I could be wrong but it looks like you have the bottom strainer part installed the other way around,... was that on purpose? Last edited by stedi; 09-24-2015 at 11:46 AM. |

The drum sounds amazing ...I use coated Ambassador on top and hazy snare on bottom. No thas how it was when I got it yesterday. This was an eBay find on Monday listed as a Ludwig weather master snare db700. Going to be by main go to snare sounds that good.
