I have the EXACT same drum... same condition!, actually, near MINT!, but a little older as mine has the aluminum WFL badge. Mine is 1948/49. Neat that ours are both with CHROME hardware as more often than not they were nickel during this period. NICE drum!

Eric. I have Remo emperor coated on top remo ambassador on bottom. puresound snare wires. It sounds fantastic. The stock Ludwig snare wires are in good shape but they sounded dead. So I had the puresounds already and it was a good swap.

I have a 26" wfl kick to go with it
nice snare drum!
