Default Sign in Not Saving
Not sure where the issue is from, but I need to sign each time I come to the website. I tell it to remember me as in times past before website upgrade.

I also have saved it in my browser so it is available to sign in easily. But not remembering my log in information. Other websites not having any change, so think it has to do with the upgrade.

I don't even have a "remember me" tab. It has disappeared.

David and Tommyp are aware of this. This is probably a programming issue that I hope will be fixed soon. What I'm also seeing is that the site seems to be slowing down. It was pretty fast when launched on the new server, but now is feeling like the old server!

Here's another issue! My response posted twice! Not sure what's going on, but I'm not happy and hope these things can be solved soon!

The programmer is looking into it. The log-in issue is a known issue with VB3.8.1.1 bug. Remember, we moved up a few versions and this version has a known bug which we now have. Vbulletin is an old platform and these older versions are no longer supported.

We knew there would be some twists around the corner and here we are.

Not sure on the double posting and slowness. The programmer is checking into this thread.

I'm wondering if the slowness is part of the http: to https: redirect update we are going through. I will ask.

Can some of you verify something for me. Are you using an old link with the http: as the link and then having the sign-in issue?

Or are you using the https: new link?

My browser is not asking me to sign in each time. I did clear all cache out previously and started fresh with a new link to the https://www.vintagedrumforum.com
