Hey, guys,
As some know, I have recently been restoring a 1971 Ludwig marching drum with 2250E lugs. I have had two receptacles which accept the mounting screws broken off. I really don't think that I've over tightened the mounting screws. From what I understand, this is common. The drum is over forty years old. If I install a lug, with only three of the four mounting screws intact, would it make a lot of difference? I have just today ordered some more lugs, but I'm just curious. I really like this old marcher and just want to do right by her! Thanks, guys. Brian

Thank you for the very generous offer, but a few days ago, my three lugs arrived with all parts intact. I really appreciate this though, Mike! Thank you very much. Brian
