probably a distributors name (not the one's who made it)
a stencil brand - a term usually associated with Japanese products) but here a West German product ; may have been Sonor or a Meinl that made it ?+- as seller says here "not much information" https://reverb.com/item/2375488-vint...rams?locale=fr

it's good to have cymbal's like that around when you want an interesting sound or a diversion / addition to a main/other set of other cymbals)
I'd like to hear it and would recommend keeping it +/-
