Hi, does anyone know when Zildjian used this ink stamp on their cymbals? I have this cymbal ordered, there was no photo of the stamp itself. It's a 24". I've had a 20" in the past with this ink stamp on the underside and I want to say it was from around the 70s or 80s. Am I way off? Cheers for any info.

It is definitely a Zildjian. I have seen this stamp before. I'm just curious as to know when Zildjian were doing this. And where they were doing these. Like you said, could it be Canadian? Last edited by Chromeo; 09-07-2022 at 07:35 PM. |

Pre-Sabian, when Robert Zildjian left the family graces and went to New Brunswick? I think that was in the mid-late 70s??
Didn't those sometimes have Made in Canada as part of the impression stamp? |
