No BS, those shells could be cut down to make another two kits!

Anybody got a good saw?

That kit is vintage 80's with the deep everything and no reso heads. I'm not kidding if I owned it I'd build two more normal sized kits out of it. Turn one big out dated kit into four usable ones.

Seller says he got these in 1974.
Ahead of his time with the "Power Sizes".
It was easy to do.........
Allen would say, "How big do you want them?"
He would make them any depth you wanted.
"Well, they are kind of cool. Maybe really long tubes for the visual thing."
"Yeah why not? Those will look impressive."
I had to cut mine down from my 1979 order.
TOO Long!

Hal Blaine would get a kick out of that set. Blaemire made drums for Hal that he used in the studios. It was one of the first multi concert tom kits around back then.

Hal's kit is at The Museum Of Making Music in Carlsbad CA. I touched it.. :-)

Seller is also here in San Diego. He likes to spin kits. Quickly.
Yes, I'm sure that will sell "quickly.."

And I wouldn't touch that set-up line with a ten foot dildo!

Wasn't Hal Blaine's kit sort of the "prototype " for the Octaplus?
