The badge with the 48 postal code is '62 and up. Leedy toms did not have badges from '61-mid '66 so either someone added the badge or the date stamp is not OCT 1961.

The badge was tampered with, the factory stamp was not. Looking at that paint job, I`d say the badge is lighter blue too.

From what I researched the badge is the blue one without the 48 that would have been used in the 1957-1962 period, according to one website (I forget which one). There is of course the possibility that someone switched the badges during or after a restoration project.

P-0x0 stamp used later 1960 and earlier (per Dr CJ Wenk). Date stamp is not legible to 100% accuracy. Drum has definitely been tampered with. All details considered; '58-'60.

It`s 1961, the 19 we know for sure, there is only one numeral that shapes to the 6 and the 1 is a straight line not a 7. Only one Month abbreviated as so, OCT.
