Those are fantastic drums in my book & with a load of cymbals, pedals & a throne that is a good price, especially for the euro market. I can't really help with serials, but the type of tom mount indicates at least late 80's. skål!

Star had Swing, Royal and Imperial series. Superstar came later around '76 when Tama's name was already established, Starclassic is from the 90's. As far as I know Star never had serial numbers, I own a few snares and none of them have serial numbers.

Thanks for the input! Funny though how 'Skål' is probably the most known Swedish word

Haha, shows how much I know about Star Drums Genuinely thought that Superstars and Starclassics were older than that. The more you know
