What Brand is this drum?

Hello I have a drum pictured below that came to me as part of a Frankenstein Drum kit. This drum while in decent condition has no identifying marks other than the Ludwig mounting hardware (which doesn't seem to be original.)

It is a 12" 1960's era (about 1963-1966) Rack tom with Ludwig mounting hardware, The finish is similar to Ludwig's Oyster Blue Pearl Finish - does not have Ludwig badge, bottom rim, or resonance head. I was able to carefully remove a mat black covering on the drum to reveal its original finish, but that was as far as I went with it. Any information is appreciated, Thanks

Probably an early Pearl. They used lugs like that in the early 70's before they went to their "square" lugs that lasted all through the 80's
