dayton era drums were made 1966-68, the bass drum t rods on yours would probably make them latter half of 1966-68.
I'm thinking late 1967 to 1968 from those tag numbers, but we all know the hardware is a more accurate dating indicator than those random tags. All interiors of those drums should be speckled, but the lug screws changed from slotted round heads to slotted hex heads right around this time somewhere between Holiday numbers 91000 and 95000. Each lug should still have one large washer and one small washer. If this is not the case, I would be very interested in seeing interior shots of the tags and hardware.
