Question Missing lug screws for duco clubdate tom

After my nephew took apart my drum he lost one lug screw on 13" tom after searching for it with him I noticed a few of the screws were rusty anyways.

I'm not sure if these are 3 ply or 6 ply these were the cheaper alternative I think so probably 3 Ply?

I've checked local drum shops in seattle and No one seems to have these parts anymore. Ebay?

Are the lug screws the same regardless of 3 ply and 6 ply

I've also noticed one of the screws has broken off inside my COB supra
are these the same screws? I found the "cup washer" that was also lost. those look hard to come by as well.

thanks, everyone

The clubdate they are 3 ply shells, the metal shell screws aren't the same as the wood shells screws are, the supra lug you'll probably need to just buy another lug and screws, You can attempt to drill ir out if you have a drill press, Other wise the machine shop may be as expensive as buying a replacement. I may have a three ply spare screw let me check I'll get back too you.

I have had screws break off in lugs too, I solved the problem by putting lug in vice protected by cloth, then slowly cutting around the stud that has broke of screw with a fine tooth hack saw blade. just cut off an1/8" not all way thru, but all around so the outer casing will turn off , then grab end of broken screw with vice-grips and turn out. the remaining shoulder of stud will be enough to keep lug centered.

I might have some of those screws for the wooden shells. If I do how many do you need? I'll send them your way.

Thanks for the tip! I will try this when I take the drum apart again.

I have access to an auto shop with many tools I'm primarily wondering where these parts are. Though the hardware is in such good condition new parts could match nicely.

thanks again

I'm only missing 1 to have a functional drum. A few are rusted/oxidized i'll take whatever amount you have if you're selling for a reasonable price.

thank you!
