I am looking for the "dog ear" that the rail mount angle adjuster screw goes through and holds and secures the L-arm pictured (3/8" or 9.5mm L-arm).

I’ve seen some in a search on reverb under vintage rail mount parts for <$25.
Even saw whole rail mounts with L arm for <$100.
