Rogers question: finishes & sizes

Nice kit, Super B! Guess I'll just have to settle in and expect this to be a long term goal. Probably for the best, since the only way I'd be able to afford it right now is to buy it peice by peice over time anyways.

That's the bummer part...there are loose blue strata toms out there, but, the price is very steep. I stumbled into my kit in 2001. It was a fluke. Scour Craig's List in hopes of a break on a drumset. You might get lucky.

Rogers early Fullerton Blue Strata 22,13,16 w/brass Dynasonic

Anything that strays away from the norm is going to be expensive and creates rarity. Both size and color. It was avail, but did anyone order it? The stuffs out there, ya just gotta find it or wait for one to surface.

I'm actually looking for strata (ala ludwigs "blue oyster pearl"), not the onyx finish.

So, here we are five days later and I'm just now 'getting' that you were not talking about onyx wrap. Wow. I am SSSSSSLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWW ............

sorry 'bout that.
