Blue Agate Slingerlands 20/13/16

Was happy to hold onto these for awhile, they sound great - but I got a bad case of "my wife is a teacher & it's August-itis"

I wanna say these are '69 or so - black/brass badges but larger 70's...

I need an 8x12 center lug clubdate tom orphan to finish a project - will probably be painted, so rough condition of finish is fine & maybe preferred.

Slingerland Grey Agate Stage Bands

Bought & restored these Slingy Grey Agate Stage Bands last summer. Gigged them 5 or 6 times & ended up selling them this winter.

66's if I recall but the floor tom was 69-70ish. Matched perfectly...

yes, the snare is pristine.

the adjustable butt looks kinda like a Ludwig p83 without an arm - cool engineering.

There are some pieces & parts I will keep an eye out for to replace but she's ready to go. I also like to replace the spade with a L arm & use a RIMS mount on the ride...

I took ogre's advice a little ****her....

I wirebrushed one of the bass hoops with my drill attachment to get as much flaking chrome & rust off as possible, sprayed it with a coat of rustoleum...

Vintage Yamaha Restore - Blue Willow

Picked up these 20/12/14 Blue Willow Yamahas pretty cheap as a winter project - Shells are great w no extra holes & the wrap is tight & will novus up nicely.

Most of the metal is as rusty & pitted...
