I would measure the diam of the shell to find its widest point. Then, I would protect the shell with some padding, and put 3 bricks on top of the widest part for a few days. Then take off and see if...

Wayne: Make sure its a KENT USA set and not one of the MIJ imports, which Kent started to do around 1968. They got sets from Japan and slapped the Kent badges on them.

Gambles: How did you fill that large hole with the Weldwood? Did you put a piece of wood
underneath it and then just fill it totally? Curious, as I have a Gretsch bass drum shell with the same...
