Thank you. Some of the tension rods are shorter than the others. I'm not sure if it's because the bottom hoop has been replaced.

What is the "correct" length tension rods for this drum?
Is the shell a tiny bit cracked? Or is this just how the plastic wrap is stuck to the drum?

Thanks Mark! 3 ply it is! I'm missing (2) of the screws that hold the lug to the shell. I have all the tensions rods. I'm contemplating making a trip to my local Ace store so I can secure the lugs...

I've searched for the strainer at the following sources and can't find it. My guess is it's knock off from back in the day? Aluminum shell with 6 lugs might sound interesting right?

After my nephew took apart my drum he lost one lug screw on 13" tom after searching for it with him I noticed a few of the screws were rusty anyways.

I'm not sure if these are 3 ply or 6 ply these...
