I don't remember the 50's but I do the 60's.

My sister got my kit in 77 and I had my hands on it in 81 or 82,ish, so since then, it's done the same thing as me, aged well.

Those are in great shape. There's a bunch difference in the Floor toms, Are they 15 and 18 ?

There's no way you should separate the pairs out.

Those slant badge are Rogers best drums.

look around the outer edge for a tiny stamp that reads Japan. I have a similar one that took forever for me to find out that stamp was there.

Screwdrivers suck, even the mini, they slip off all the time. A quarter works fine on mine and is comfy to hold.

Did Ludwig ever make a rope tension without clips ? I have never seen one without clips. The drum in link says Ludwigold but has no Ludwigold on it anywhere.

OK, we are trying to cover everything.

When you removed the springs, did they close up tight or stay opened an springy ?

I simply can't see a reason to sit the beater any closer than this, +...
