Yep, Premier 70's. Seems all original and in good condition. Great!

Brody, the tom holders do look Premier 70's to me. All the hardware seems right for the period. Premier did make 12" and 14"...

Ok after seeing those photos I still say it's the XPK fusion set.
I think Topaz lacquer was the name of the finish. I'll have to look for my Rebound III catalog...

My everplay head is a smooth white so I just used ethyl alcohol (like the one you used to get in a pharmacy). It probably won't work on a coated head...

The Floor tom has been wrapped for a couple of days now but finally this morning had some time to do the edges, drilling and final assembly....
