Rogers Dynasonic / what year?

I'm having trouble figuring out exactly what year, model, and wood makes up this Radio King snare. Cloud badge but newer lugs added later maybe? Any info would be great....

I'm not sure about the snare. It does have the same cloud badge as the bass. The old gentleman said he bought it as a kit in late 1939 or 1940, he couldn't remember.

Late 1930's from what the original owner could remember, he's in his mid 80's, plus the badges are from that era.
Anyone else have an opinion on nevr-dull?
