Immaculate Zim-Gar 20" 12" 14" w/ Matching snare!

Info: No cracks or peeling in wrap anywhere, shells are true and very clean inside. Bass heads are original, 14" floor tom- bottom head is original/ mint, top Weatherking coated, 12" top head is Evan G2, Remo Weatherking ambassador batter (bottom). They sounds great, especially the toms!! Original consolette tom mount setup, original floor tom legs, bass drum legs, Both Bass hoops have original inlay. Great kit, no issues!! No wierd rattles..ect

I have the exact same kit only with the blue round badge.Mine have cast hoops and the floor is a 16.The color is identical also.Not sure why the badges are different though....Anyway,for a MIJ kit,these drums are a cut above most others from that time,but most importantly the sound is quite remarkable.I bought mine to use as a rehearsal kit,but i have no problem playing it anywhere.

Just F.Y.I., this is a Star made set. It seems that Zim-Gar was one of the names that was made by Pearl, then Star, then Pearl again at a later date.

Ah, the crazy, mysterious, wonderful world of MIJ drums!

Nice looking set. It's great to see a whole set together, intact, with badges and no other funny business.
