I cannot have something to say the difference in general. It is because the sound depends on each character to me though I've played about more than twenty old K rides. I'm sorry the stamp might be intermediate K(1959-1966). Probably, the price may be $350-500.
Although the photo is not that clear I would agree on it being an intermediate. The crescent moon is thinner than on a new stamp and the star, although somewhat obscurred, seems to be small as opposed to a large star on the new stamps. The tightly wrapped text around the crescent precludes it being anything earlier. Also the spacing seems more intermediate like.
