Zildjian Cream vs. Polish

Does anyone know the difference between

Zildjian Professional Cymbal Cleaning Cream (comes in a tube)

and

Zildjian Cymbal Cleaning Polish? (comes in a bottle)

Yeah - both clean cymbal to their original luster.......

Is the current Polish that comes in a bottle any better than the cream that came in a tube?

I have used the cream in a tube but have not used the cleaner that comes in a bottle. The cream typically results in a black film that must be wiped/buffed clean and sometimes traces of it is left behind. Does the Polish in the bottle do anything like that?
