Zildjian Constantinople Ride - Price Check Needed :)

Loading...

Hi guys,

I've just managed to find a 20" ride cymbal, in perfect shiny condition.

I didn't think it to be much but I had a look at the engraving and at the end it said CONSTANTINOPLE. I couldn't believe it. However at the top of the engraving it says Made in U.S.A. As such I'm guessing it's not one of the original constantinople cymbals, but maybe a later re-run by Zildjian.

What kind of price do these retail for?

I can't take any, all I can say is it is pretty much as new.

Surely someone will know a rough price range for these? I just need to know what it could fetch, $50, $100, $500?

Without pics, it would be between 50 and 2500. There is absolutely no way of telling the value without seeing the cymbal and stamp. Even a rough estimate could be off by as much as two thousand dollars.

You could run a completed listing search on Ebay with the info you have to see what they have been selling for... they will still have the pics used in the auction as well....

Thanks guys,

I was hoping someone would have a rough price for the cymbal.

I'll see if I can get some pics and do a bit of research and get back to you.

Ok, I found an image on the internet.

The cymbal has this stamp and is in a similiar condition but not as shiny looking. Has some stick marks etc.

Any ideas based on this?
