I checked their site and it is not listed. What was the asking price and what type stamp/ era did they say it is from? Thanks

I do not know asking price but saw that the video is a couple years old and the cymbal is from the 1960’s era weighing 7290 grams.

I like the sound of it and think it would be very versatile in used and tone.

That’s a beauty.I was very close to buying one at the Rebeats Chicago drum show awhile back. Had the same sound and wobble as that one.Seller was going to sell it to me for $500. Kinda wish I bought it now but it was all I had then.

I bought that one. I paid $600 for it, and about 6 months later I sold it on Ebay for $1100.

The 30" I bought bore the "A. Zildjian & Cie." trademark. So one might be tempted to believe that it was made in the late 1970's, but thta would be wrong. Some of the first in this series were cymbals made in the 1960's that were taken from old inventory that they just needed to get rid of. So they gave them a major buff-job, and stamped them with this new series (at the time) trademark.

Congrats on flipping that for a great profit.

At least you’ve had 6 months out of it. Being I do not own a 30”, I’d probably would have had a harder time parting with it. Especially if it sounded good. Thanks for your knowledge and input.

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
