zildjian 14" cymbal weight ?
Any price to be listed? I'm shopping for a couple of thin 14's.
Thanks.
2.34 lbs for a top is a HEAVY 14...wow, that's over 1050g ! That's gettin' into some heavy rock weight.
On the other hand, all the others are really thin/light. The heaviest is only about 785g, and they get thinner from there.
That lightest one is like 685 g !. Those lighter 3 are all GREAT jazz or splash-crash weights. A heavy hitter would likely demolish the lighter two of them.
Certainly fair to call all 3 thins or lights. Paper-thins ?...eh, maybe the 685g only....
IMHO, just call the three of 'em '14" cymbals' ;) They can serve both as small crashes or hi-hat cymbals.
