Yard sale score!!

Was driving thru town. Glanced at a yard sale as we went by. Saw a chrome snare and stand beneath a table of assorted junk. Turned around , went back and pulled it out. Keystone Supra. Filthy, but all there. Minimal pitting. Original wires. Said she'd gotten it for her kids, but they never took to it. Tearing it down and into the Dawn bath! It's cleaning up very well. Gonna be a good one. I really enjoy saving stuff from being trashed.....

Found this 70's Acrolite last week at an estate sale.  It was one of about 100 things in the picture on Craigslist but I was 80% sure it was an Acrolite.  They are pretty plentiful around here.  It has already had it's bath in Dawn liquid.  The rims did not come out as nice as the shell so there are new ones coming from dFd along with some heads and other little bits.

The Pearl  was at an estate sale last month.  It is pretty clean for having sat down in that basement for who knows how long.  It hasn't had it's bath in Dawn yet but it is pretty clean.

Both were had for $10
