Here are some before and during rehab shots. 1944 26 11 15 sn. that had all of the wood painted royal blue along the way. I'm sure many of you have done this and know the arduous labor of love it is . . . Uhhgg. . . But the end result will be stunning. . . I was inspired by Bermuda's kit to stain and clear all of the wood bits. I hope o have them with me for the Delaware Drum show next Sunday . . . . . BOOM

Mr B. Those are some cool old drums. You do very nice work too. Wish I was heading to the PA show to see them. Hope you'll bring them to CT this year? :) Enjoy!
Not a guru just havin fun with some old dusty drums.
FFR no Conn. show for me this year as the gig schedule does not allow.
Here are some up dates. The front head is a riot !!! After I cleaned off all of the stick marks etc. from the front head, I had an artist friend of mine finish my ideas of even proportion and freshen it up.
oh those drums look amazing!
Love the resto on the head too flowers2
Not referring to your particular set, but are WWII Ludwigs like this particularly valuable? What do they generally sell for ? (drums only, no stands etc)
